We are on the lookout for an Account Manager to join our client’s dynamic team in California. The company takes pride in being recognized as one of the fastest-growing digital marketing agencies, ranked on the Inc. 5000 and Financial Times lists.
As the Account Manager, you are the point of contact for clients on ad campaigns. You’ll work closely with our internal team to drive the campaign process and ensure all deliverables meet the client’s expectations.
Our company is completely remote. Must be available to work 9am to 6pm Pacific Standard Time.
Responsibilities:
- Primary client point of contact
- Connect with the internal team for client requests and feedback
- Develop advertising strategies for clients
- Deliver campaign reports to clients
- Review campaign reports
- Ensure we meet campaign determined milestones
- Liaise with the internal operations team
- Follow up for all pertinent points of information needed
- Develop rapport with clients
- Execute on our process
Qualified candidates have:
- 2-5 years of account management experience at an advertising or marketing agency
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal team
- Ability to clearly explain the programmatic value proposition and how the technology works
- First hand knowledge of programmatic ad buying platforms such as The Trade Desk, Vistar, and Basis
- Experience with Meta ads, Google ads, and general knowledge of digital advertising platforms
- Understanding of how programmatic advertising works
- Fast and accurate communications
- Strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills
- Well remunerated salary in dollars
Preferred qualifications:
- Oral and written communication skills in English (C1 level)
- 2 years experience in the USA market
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced Powerpoint skills
- Detail-oriented and very organized
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business questions, analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
