The Red Hat Sales team is looking for a Account Solutions Architect to join us in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In this role, you will create possibilities, solve problems, and establish working relationships with our customers and business partners.
You will help our customers and partners invest in solutions from across the Red Hat portfolio that will give them a competitive advantage.
As a Account Solutions Architect, you'll support the field sales team in managing large companies of different industries .
We’ll need you to apply your technical expertise, passion for open source, thorough understanding of business processes, and ability to identify and create business solutions across multiple technology platforms at the enterprise level.
You’ll also need excellent communication and people skills because you'll be a crucial part of the first impression our customers have with Red Hat.
What you will do
Support the Sales team with recommendations for development and implementation of complex offerings and solutions to help them achieve sales quotas
Serve as an overall technical expert for Red Hat partner accounts and as a resource manager and coordinator for other specialists
Meet revenue goals, deployment, and service objectives while sustaining good relationships with prospects and customers
Integrate Red Hat’s technologies across Red Hat's five major solutions areas of platform, management, cloud, middleware, and storage to build joint solutions with partners
Continue educational advancement to learn additional Red Hat’s solutions within your area of specialization and across the broader Red Hat portfolio
Build, design and present complex solutions to customers and Partners
Collaborate with product teams and the Product Engineering, Professional Services, Partners and Sales teams to ensure excellent customer experience with our offerings and solutions
Serve as a trusted subject matter expert for the customers, gain trust of IT professionals, and build long-lasting relationships within our key accounts
Demonstrate expertise by delivering whitepapers and conference speeches; share knowledge with your team members to allow them to learn from your work
What you will bring
Comfortable with solution selling processes in the enterprise software market.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication with proficiency in presentation
Solid client facing skills up to C level executives.
Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Virtualization, VDI,Linux, Microsoft technologies and related public / private cloud technologies.
Knowledge of networking, complex software integration (Enterprise integration patterns, ESB, streams, etc.) and Containers / Kubernetes
Ability to work in the field and be self-managed
With excellent prioritization skills.
1+ years experience working with public cloud offerings such as AmazonEC2 / S3 / EBS / SQS,Rackspace Cloud, or GoGrid
3+ years experience as a Sales Engineer or equivalent supporting Enterprise accounts.
3+ years experience with Linux and Windows in the areas of system administration,integration or development.
RHCE or MCSE Certifications a plus.
