DirecciónChampionX is hiring an Accounting Supervisor in Buenos Aires, Argentina
The Accounting Supervisor will oversee daily operations to ensure accurate and effective financial management. Key responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing general ledger, Intercompanies, Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, and Bank reconciliations
2. Managing month-end and year-end accounting closing
3. Leading regular audits with external or internal auditors
4. Supporting accounting department and various reporting and analytical projects
5. Networking and communicating with local teams and corporate
6. Ensuring internal control compliance and maintaining documentation
7. Leading team recruitment and training/development
8.
Implementing improvements and digitalizing processes
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Management
- 5-6 years of relevant financial accounting experience
- 2 years of leadership experience
- SAP Knowledge
- Advanced English proficiency
- Availability to travel internationally
Preferred qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Knowledge of Blackline System, Costar System, Power BI
