Temporary Work 

Main Purpose

• Due to the maternity leave of the Coordinator of the Team and given that we are in the middle of the stabilization of a new system recently implemented (Your Doces), the activities will be rearranged to assure normal functioning of the process. In this context, this position is required to give support and assist in several AP daily and monthly tasks.

Your mission will be to

• Invoice posting for the processes that remained in country for being critical processes not able to be transferred to SSC.
• Run daily the local IRS checks for vendor invoices (CAI CAE validation).
• Assist vendors with their questions and claims, when the primary contact (call center) cannot give an answer.
• Perform analysis of validity of debit notes for exchange rate difference and post them to be paid.
• Make follow up of pending items, analyzing them using YourDoces, SAP and Tableu report; and then contacting responsible party (local user / all areas, back office in India, vendor, call center).
• Comply with all the processes and controls, to ensure payments performed are correct, within right approvals and in a timely manner.

• University degree or Advanced Student, preferable in finance/accounting. Professional education in financial accounting.
• Working experience in Accounts Payable areas or similar would be valued.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Result oriented.
• Willing for hard work and learn new process and activities
• Intermediate knowledge in the use of Excel.
• Experience with ERP Accounting Software / SAP advanced knowledge is highly appreciated.
• Intemediate English in writing and speaking.
