Responsibilities
- Manage purchase planning to ensure material availability and production flow
- Create a purchasing strategy to meet expected requirements
- Validate purchase requirements and/or specifications
- Define selection, homologation, and evaluation criteria for suppliers
- Negotiate with suppliers for the best conditions
- Contribute to the analysis and determination of present and future needs
- Participate in the creation and monitoring of the company's purchasing budget
- Ensure supplies for projects based on provided purchase needs
- Design and implement the department's information system
- Maintain good relationships with other departments
- Support various stakeholders in developing specifications and/or work scope
Requirements
- Proven experience in a purchasing department
- Intermediate level of English, sufficient for regular meetings with foreign suppliers (B1-B2 level preferred)
- Analytical, organized, and balanced mindset
- Ability to handle complex negotiations
- Proactive approach to cost reduction opportunities
- Own vehicle availability
- Occasional domestic and international travel
