高级软件测试工程师（AI方向）

Position Description:
1. Test Planning and Architecture Design:

   - Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for AI models.

   - Develop test plans for compatibility, integration, system, and performance testing.

   - Create and maintain test environments and frameworks.

2. Data Analysis and Model Evaluation:

  - Analyze test data to identify model integrity and comparison with competitor model

   - Utilize statistical tools and techniques to assess model performance.

   - Collaborate with develop team and improve model training.

3. Model Quality Assurance and Documentation:

   - Ensure all AI systems meet predefined quality standards.

   - Document test results and provide detailed reports for stakeholders.

   - Work closely with development teams to address and issues tracking.

4. Team Collaboration and Leadership 

   - Mentor junior engineers and team members in AI quality best practices.

   - Lead cross-functional teams in complex AI projects.

  - Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Position Requirements：

1. 3+ AI validation experience or 5+ years’ experience for PC system validation fields experience

2. Strong background in test architecture planning and data analysis.

3. Good Experience with computer X86&ARM platforms

4. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

6. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
