· Define and Build a strong, winning Estimation/solution that address the pain-points by translating a strong understanding of the customer Business context
· Coordination with all stakeholders (sales, solutions, operations, pricing, transition, technology, facilities et al) to ensure timely and high quality proposal submission
· Lead and Contribute to the design, development and implementation of winning technical Estimation/solutions for customers to introduce and establish new technology solutions into their business and business processes
· Response to customer RFIs/RFPs Analyzing and understanding customer requirements for technical proposal submissions
· Involve in development of collateral, practice strategy presentations, roadmaps, case studies, new competencies, documentation, and track competition offerings
· Strong contribution to account mining / cross-sell activities and follow them up by pitching relevant capabilities to help create new opportunities
· Creation and maintenance of an effective knowledge management system to support all the phases of the opportunity lifecycle.
· Design an Integrated Operating model across towers and jointly build engagement level Transformation themes
· Create impactful presentations, backed by market intelligence, to support the sales / business directors on specific pursuits
· Understanding of opportunity management lifecycle, IT development lifecycle and various methodologies
· Experience in leading consulting, due diligence or workshops for any vertical Customers in US and/ or Europe
· Work with FPA team and each of the towers to review effort and cost inputs for overall solution efficacy, deliverability and Winnability
· Domain expertise and understanding of the various functions and regulations governing industry
· Deep understanding of industry trends, concepts, opportunities, threats & constraints
· Ability to conduct due-diligence, provide roadmap and strategy for IT Operations and Transformations
· Responsible for the design of the Estimation Model based on Customers’ Requirements (Pricing Sheet), internal benchmarks and Industry benchmarks.
· A deep functional understanding of at least one industry and / or a major technology area
· Good Presentation skills , Ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams within Cognizant , Strong Communication Skills is essential to articulate the solution
· Understands target costing, Pricing and Margin
· Strong ITIL Background ( Preferably V3 Intermediate or Advanced Certified)
· Exposure to Current Digital Trends with Point of View on Application in Industry Vertical
· Ability to work in dynamic situations, short timelines and with strict deadlines
· Preferred to have undergone formal Proposal Authoring methodology
· Additional experience in managing CIS / DevOps / Agile Delivery would be a plus
· Total 18+ Years of Delivery experience and 3 to 4 years’ Experience in Application Management Pre Sales.
· Additional experience in managing CIS / DevOps / Agile Delivery would be a plus
· Short term travel may be needed
