Analista Fiscal Pl

Responsible for opening tickets via ticket/SR (Service request) to IT Support (IT Lenovo) to solve system problems (SAP/CRM, etc.) that impact taxation, pricing, rejection of Nota Fiscal, etc.; responsible for follow-up the taxes changes, changes law,  in order to verify the impact in our businesses and to implement the tax changes in our operation trough tax setup in the system, always keeping the teams involved and the system up to date regarding the tax changes; to be responsible to provide tax consulting to the teams that need of tax consulting and to be responsible for provide tax support to the teams with tax validation in Orders, quotations and pricing list ; to be the focal point of tax team to support other teams and customers, about taxation applied in our products, to be responsible for interact with IT Support team and with project teams by conference calls representing Tax team, by emails that are sent to tax team providing the properly responses; to be responsible for provide tax support to scenarios validation in order to assure all tax setup applied and all tax calculation are correct.
