Analyst Financial Accounting

Your ‘day to day’: • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities for US market • Perform account reconciliations and prepare manual journal entries; process requests from MyPMI for Journal Entries • Responds to ad-hoc financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data • Cooperate in the preparation of Balance Sheet Forecast, net working capital forecast and variance analysis, Overheads & Commercial investments • Support in identifying gaps in assigned processes and propose continuous improvement measures • Collaborate with finance related services (e.g., Tax, OTC, R2R …) • Prepare the filling documentation for local authorities • Liaison with local authorities and auditors; Review/Prepare financial documents for meetings with local authorities and auditors • Drive execution of controls in local financial statement preparation • Cooperate with Financial Planner, R2R, P2P, Tax, Internal Controls, Regions to ensure company financial compliance and adherence to the PMI accounting policies and financial controls • Support Manager/Senior with Reporting for analysis and ad hoc request needs to support market demand on financial performance • Cooperate with other process delivery groups to ensure high quality customer service and to support continuous service improvement • Cooperate ongoing projects / process changes implementation Who we’re looking for: • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or in the last stages of the career • A fluent English speaker • A professional with min. 2 year of relevant work experience in Finance and understanding of corporate finance as well as financial statement analysis and controls • With experience in using Microsoft Office tools and SAP (nice to have) • Agile, autonomous and innovative problem solving • Process driven • Data to insights and solutions – Data Interpretation • Business Partnering – Partnering with Impact What we offer: Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
