The Role :
We are looking for a Sales Support Engineer to be part of this amazing and fast growing fintech. This candidate will be part of the team responsible for supporting sales executives in solution selling to prospects, executing strategic deals and matching customer requirements with Clip API / SDK available solutions.
S / He possesses technical knowledge, strong communication and presentation skills. Their role involves modeling technical solutions based on our client business cases and delivering compelling presentations and demos.
The successful candidate will have experience with a background technical support or solution architect roles. S / he should thrive in a culture of decisions based on analytics, be able to step-back and communicate both the strategic and immediate implications on priorities.
This candidate must have strong written and verbal communications skills in Spanish and English.
What will I be doing?
- Become an expert in Clip’s products and attend sales meetings to solve technical questions, understand the client’s needs and after team-backed analysis, provide the best solution.
- Manage technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses, communicate client needs to Product / Tech teams.
- Partnering with the sales and product team to plan, design, prepare and execute on strategic deals.
- Identify and document bugs for product / tech teams to address.
- Collaborate with a team to define, design, and deploy strategic technical partnerships.
Ideal Candidate :
- Good understanding of software patterns and REST framework.
- Experience within the Fintech / Payments Ecosystem.
- Familiar with Kotlin / Android development SDKs.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
- Strong desire to learn and grow.
