What You’ll Do
As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will carry out customer service and support activities. You will work directly with the application, using English and Spanish on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
· User Support.
· Experience with customer service.
· Supporting troubleshooting of application functionality.
· Maintaining contact with partners to align functions related to the application.
Preferred experience:
· Advanced English and Spanish.
