The Benefits Specialist is responsible for managing Accenture’s employee benefits programs and policies for our employees (and former employees participating in our plans).
Specific responsibilities include :
- Interpret US and Canada plan rules and resolve participant inquiries / issues.
- Coordinate third-party administrators workstreams / interfaces with our payroll system.
- Implement plan changes and / or new US and Canada benefit programs as needed which includes Annual Enrollment updates.
- Audit activity on payroll system and benefits system
- Support government compliance activities including reporting and disclosure requirements, benefit filings, notices and communications.
- Data management with HRIS, benefits and payroll information
- Data auditing, analysis and reporting capability with keen attention to detail
- Preference for benefits / payroll background (role will collaborate extensively with payroll team)
- 4 years of experience with data auditing and / or payroll experience
