–Collect, analyze, and interpret financial, operational and market data
–Assist in creating reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs)
–Monitor, evaluate and report the business group performance against the target and any additional KPIs
–Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects and process improvements
–Work closely with other departments to gather relevant data and insights
•Basic Job Requirements:
–Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
–5+ years experience related to data analysis including experience wth relevant projects
–Familiarity with the IT industry and solid understanding of business performance metrics.
–Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
–Proficiency in using advanced analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik Sense) is a plus
•Preferred Requirements:
–Detail-oriented with a passion for working with data to drive business decisions and to challenge status quo
–Good communication skills, both written and verbal (presenting findings and recommendations)
–Ability to adapt and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-changing environment
