As a Bench Management & Internal Talent Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in not only identifying and nurturing our internal talent but also ensuring a dynamic bench management system to meet evolving organizational demands.
On any given day you might...
- Implement and oversee an effective bench management strategy to ensure a readily available pool of skilled professionals.
- Collaborate with project managers to identify bench resources and optimize deployment based on skills and project requirements.
- Work closely with department heads and team leaders to understand current and future talent needs.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the skills, aspirations, and growth potential of existing employees.
- Responsible for documenting all capabilities and offerings within the practice, identifying leaders responsible for coordinating cross-practice needs.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify key positions and potential successors within the organization.
- Implement succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of internal talent for critical roles
- Anticipate future talent demands by staying abreast of industry trends and organizational growth plans.
- Proactively generate internal talent pools to meet upcoming project and departmental needs.
- Engage with employees to understand their career goals and aspirations.
- Work with HR and Learning & Development teams to create personalized career development plans.
- Facilitate internal job rotations and transfers to align individual aspirations with organizational needs.
- Promote a culture of internal mobility and provide guidance on career paths within the company.

- Proven experience in bench management, talent mapping, or related HR functions.
- Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and talent development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
