Role & Responsibilities:

•Screen names/address against Denied Party lists in accordance with Lenovo’s policies.

•Make informed decisions and maintain detailed records.

•Work across different shifts, ensuring comprehensive compliance coverage.

•Problem-solving and analytical skills are used to authenticate and make determinations on customers and complex transactions and accounts.

•Nearly all decisions are expected to be made independently and with a high degree of accuracy following standard operating procedures (SOP's).

•Investigate denied parties and sanctions potential matches that arise from Lenovo’s screening solution to support various business units.

•Participate in ongoing customer due diligence.

•Assist in identifying gaps and training opportunities for escalations that come through the operations and compliance workflows.

•Ability to partner with cross-function business groups (sales, marketing, logistics, procurement, legal) to ensure effective screening compliance.

Required Education, Skills, and Experience:

•Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

•Minimum 1-3 years’ experience with international trade and/or customs compliance experience.

•Experience is restricted/Denied Party Screening.

•Knowledge of denied parties and sanctioned country laws and regulations.

•Must have good knowledge and experience with export control regulations.

•Capable of research, understand, and interpret legal regulations.

•Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.

•Proficiency with MS Office applications

•Proficiency in English & Chinese, spoken and written.

Other:

•Flexibility rotating shifts necessary to provide 24/7 coverage.
