As a Client Relations Manager at our dynamic staffing agency, you will play a crucial role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include leveraging your marketing background to follow up on leads, closing deals, and ensuring the ongoing satisfaction and retention of our client base.

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of account management, marketing, and customer service skills.

This is a fully remote position working from 9am - 6pm EST.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Engagement and Follow-Up :

Initiate and maintain regular communication with clients to understand their staffing needs.

Conduct follow-up calls and meetings to provide updates on staffing solutions and address any concerns.

Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and effective response to inquiries.

Closing and Contract Negotiation :

Work closely with clients to understand their staffing requirements and present tailored solutions and candidates.

Assist with the interview process

Close deals in a timely manner and document agreements accurately.

Account Retention :

Implement strategies to foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Proactively address and resolve issues to prevent client dissatisfaction and retain business.

Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or expanding the scope of existing contracts.

Regular Check-Ins and Reporting :

Schedule and conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns.

Prepare and present performance reports to the CEO

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in account management, preferably in the staffing or digital marketing industry.

Strong marketing skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain Client Relationships.

Negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
