Customer Relationship Manager | Retail & Consumer goods

 

The Opportunity

You are the link between the Client and Cognizant capability and act as client’s link to larger Cognizant organization. This is a commercial role, which entails reaching out to clients and solving their critical business problems with Cognizant’s digital solutions in Retail & Consumer Goods Industry.

 

·       Demonstrate a deep strategic understanding of our clients goals, ambitions and business drivers and determine how Cognizant can be of ongoing value to them

·       Act as the day-to-day client contact, building and maintaining relationships to help drive the growth of the account

·       Proactively identify new and expansion opportunities

·       Work with the delivery organisation to drive the realisation of the backlog against plan within the account

·       Define, evolve and deliver on the account plan

·       Bring together and lead associates from across the business to deliver on RFPs and other growth opportunities

You have high understanding of the key challenges in Retail and Consumer Goods Industry and should have proven record of selling successfully in this industry.

Our Team of Solution Architects and Delivery Leader will support you and will help assemble an engagement across the broadest range of services including Consulting, change management, digital design, application development and technology services.

 

These KPI’s are part of your success:

·       Revenue – Topline / Pull through

·       Quality of Revenue

·       Pipeline growth

·       Total Contract Value

 

Skills You Have

·       Working proficiency on CxO level

·       At least 7 years’ experience in retail and Consumer Goods industry verticals with evidence of creating/selling business strategy / large value transformation programs.

·       Industry experience in one of the function (E-commerce, supply chain, analytics, digital strategy, digital engineering, cloud) for one or more customers is preferred

·       Able to guide and understand key levers for business transformation for the customer.

·       Fluent English and Dutch language skill is mandatory
