What are we doing
We are establishing a dynamic HUB dedicated to delivering cutting-edge programmatic services in the US. This team will spearhead a customer support framework, catering to a diverse range of clients, from medium enterprises to top-tier customers, within an innovative programmatic platform that's revolutionizing the ecosystem.
Required Experience
* 3 to 5 years of proven experience and capabilities in the ad tech industry.
* Understanding of ad tech platforms and hands on exposure with a DSP is required.
* Bachelor’s degree
* Either experience with data analysis, client engagement and management, marketing or
* hands-on media trading in the marketing or advertising industry - either full time or as
* part of your role
Key Responsibilities
* The role is focused on activation, project management, building client relationships, and
* leading cross-functional teams across accounts.
* Ensure client strategy is translated correctly into designated DSP.
* Engage daily with clients to manage requests, and priorities and support overall
* campaign management.
* Team management and internal communication.
* Ensure the team is following processes and using all available tools to operate
* efficiently.
* Proactive monitoring of performance working with Trading team members to improve
* performance over time and responsible partnering with Traders on associated client-
* facing communication.
* Maintain transparent documentation on activation details and progress for internal and
* external teams.
