PURPOSE OF THE POSITION  

As a Consumer and MarketInsightsCoordinator,youwillplay a vital role in ourorganization'smarketresearchefforts in thefoodserviceindustry, focusedonArgentina, Chile, Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay (SoCo). Youwillworkcloselywithour Marketing, Research & Development, Innovation, Sales, BI and Trade Marketing teamstogather and analyze data, monitor industrytrends, and designsurveystoprovidevaluableinsightsthatwillinform and guide ourstrategicdecision-making. This position providesanexcellentopportunityforindividualspassionateaboutfood and consumerbehaviortogainhands-onexperience in a fast-paced and innovative industry.

-Data Collection and Analysis: Collect data fromvarioussources, includingsurveys, focusgroups, secondary data, and marketreports. Analyze and interpretthis data toidentifytrends and foodexpert'spreferences in thefoodserviceindustry.

-Evaluatebusinessquestionstopropose and selectthecorrectqualitativeorquantitativemethodthatbringsimprovementopportunities. 

-Competitive Analysis: Conductin-depthresearchoncompetitors and marketplayers. Provideinsightsontheirstrategies, offerings, and marketpositioning.

OperatorsBehaviorResearch: Studyconsumer and operators’ behavior and preferencesrelatedtofoodserviceneeds. Use thisinformationtoportraitoperator’sprofiles and recommendstrategiesforbettersolutions and customerengagement.

-Data Sourcesdevelopment: uncover new data sources, focusingonimprovingtheaccuracyoftheanalysisofourcore targets. 

-TrendMonitoring: Keepabreastofindustrytrends, includingsustainability, health and wellness, and technologicaladvancements. Reportonhowthesetrendsimpactthefoodserviceindustry.

-Data Visualization: Create visual reports, charts, and graphstoeffectivelycommunicateresearchfindingstointernalstakeholders.

-Recommendations: Collaboratewiththeteamtoprovideactionablerecommendationsbasedonyourinsights, contributingtostrategicdecisions in productdevelopment and marketing.

-Cross-functionalCollaboration: Workcloselywith Marketing, Research & Development, Innovation, Sales, BI and Trade Marketing teamstoensurethatoperatorsinsights are integratedintodecision-makingprocesses.

-Stakeholder and marketresearchsuppliers' managementorcreation: efficientlydeveloprelationshipsbasedonneeds, expectations and outcomes.

-Creative: beingabletopropose new waystoobtaininsights in marketswithlimitedresources.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR THE VACANCY?

Experience

- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business, communication, social sciences, economics, market research, or a related field.

  • Effective experience with broaden market research methodologies, qualitative and quantitative. 
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and/or software (e.g., Excel, Microsoft Power BI. Pursue Python, R, SPSS and otherstatisticallanguages/programs are a plus.
  •  Ownership and ability to work independently and remotely and in a team, as the person in position works connected to a regional team (Latin America) and also global team.
  • A natural interest in food, cooking and in the food service industry.

Skills and abilities

Good presentation skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency verbal and written in English is mandatory.
