How will you make an impact in this role?

The Colleague & Labor Relations (CLR) Strategy and Enablement team is a global team that administers and supports CLR systems and compliance;

drives data integrity, reporting, and analytics; develops and executes strategy; and creates and implements training.

The CLR Strategy & Enablement analyst will be responsible for executing on a broad range of activities across CLR systems, data integrity and reporting, compliance, and training.

This person will support the creation of internal documents, such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidance documents, and training materials;

and support change management to drive key process and technology changes within the CLR function. This person will also support the wider team’s responsibilities, as needed, including strategy and training.

The CLR Strategy & Enablement analyst will have an influential role in co-creating operational solutions that drive efficiencies, alleviate pain points, and enhance the colleague experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Support ad-hoc and recurring requests for CLR data or information.
  • Collaborate in the analysis of risk indicators and culture trends to inform decision making.
  • Analyse data and identify data discrepancies as well as trend analysis.
  • Support data quality monitoring programmes to identify potential areas of growth relative to data standardization and quality.
  • Execute end-to-end compliance activities to support key global CLR processes.
  • Oversee Process Risk Self-Assessment (PRSA) processes and testing.
  • Assist with testing activities to ensure CLR systems are operational and compliant as well as support system enhancements.
  • Support the CLR and AEO ethics case management process.
  • Provide first tier troubleshooting and triage on CLR technology issues and questions, which may include partnering with third party vendors to resolve.
  • Process CLR systems access and control requests across the global CLR team.
  • Contribute to a positive team working environment and lead, manage, and participate in various ad-hoc initiatives / other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent data analysis, reporting and insights skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent relationship skills and an ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen with a demonstrated drive for results.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of labor / employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Established record of building partnerships and teamwork within a matrix environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge and experience working with Tableau visualization software.
