Responsibilities :
- You bring deep expertise and experience in at least one of our technology practices. At the same time, you can keep a holistic perspective, understand, and discuss challenges of modern IT’s, you can connect the dots between different technology domains and business, and you can advise CIOs and CTOs to become a trusted partner.
- You are responsible for driving technology consulting business.
- You take active part in sales process, build trust-based relationship with our clients, and convey Kyndryl value to them.
- You can lead project teams and are responsible for the high-quality delivery in Time and on Budget.
- You work with the Kyndryl technical experts to develop strategies for our clients in their transformation to cloud, cyber-resiliency and data & AI.
- You analyze the requirements with our customers and develop a common understanding of future business and IT processes.
- Agile work is natural for you.
- You are actively involved in our professional Kyndryl internal communities. You can expect a global network of experts working on the future of the Cognitive Enterprise.
- You have a T-shaped technology consultant profile.
Who You Are
Required Professional and Technical Expertise :
- Completed degree in a business, or technical degree program
- Professional experience : at least 10 years of experience in technology consulting
- Proven expertise and experience in at least one of the technology consulting focus-points (Hybrid Cloud Infrastructures, Journey to Cloud Cyber-Resiliency and Data )
- 5 years’ experience in capturing and analyzing clients IT Landscape, including definition of clients’ future cloud strategy
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture Management aspects such as Business Model of IT, Application & Technology Landscape, and IT Operating Model
- Broad understanding of Cloud providers, brokers, Integration technologies and approaches.
- Industry specific knowledge in order to quickly identify / suggest / leverage candidate areas for automation and generate value for IBM at client sight.
- Hands on experience in demonstrating thought leadership, sales leadership, and delivery leadership
- Proven experience in creating offers and responding to client RfPs
- Min. 5 years management experience in complex consulting projects
- Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Ability to translate visions into executable projects with clarity and purpose
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, collaboration and communication skills
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :
- Direct experience with container platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Rancher, Tanzu, EKS, AKS, GKE) and related technologies
- Automation, Infrastructure as Code, DevSecops, Cloud Architecture, IT Infrastructure Modernization
- Service Management, Operational Readiness, Operating Model Assessment, Cloud Op Model Strategy, Design, Governance, IT Svc.
Mgt. Process and Tools
Application Discovery, Optimization, Prioritization, Segmentation, Workload Assessment, Placement
