What are you going to do?
Be part of Global Deals consultant team working with foreign world-class and their clients on providing high-quality, insightful value analytics, financial analyses, modeling, and decision-tools in order to provide fair and accurate valuation advice.
Participate in kick off calls, conduct scope and observations discussion with the valuation team.
Review Valuation Audit Package
Do shadow calculation in order to review other Appraisers calculations.
Prepares and review Matters Control Document (MCD)
To properly value the intangibles of acquired companies in the PPA.
Participate in debrief and feedback meetings and share finalized deliverable with Audit Team.
