Partner with the best
As the Control System test bench leader is the String Test focal contact for all Control System operations activity related to testing of the assigned string test packages. In this role you will drive with safety, quality and on time delivery all operations (mechanical, electrical) related to test bench preparation, functional test, loop check, test execution, up to test bench disassembly. In this role you will act as coordinator of external suppliers that perform activities on test bench. Successful candidate is also responsible of trouble shooting and prompt non-conformity resolution maintaining connection with partner functions/department such as product engineering, assembly, and packaging mfg. cell. In is mission you will also be responsible to drive #Safety and #Quality culture among the partners supplier that contemporary works on the test bench.
As the Control System test bench leader, you will be responsible to:
Driving the string test operation according to production planning timeline
Supervising all the activity performed by external supplier such as assembly, loop check, electrical wiring, software calibration, electrical work
Providing technical direction on non-conformity maintaining connection with partners functions: engineering, manufacturing.
Drafting and archiving operation quality/ safety reports and checklist related to ongoing field operations
Ensuring that safety standard is maintained and respected by all people working on the assigned field
Verifying that project budget is aligned to operation expenses and adjust operation plans to minimize costs
Assuring that Lesson Learned are captured and applied during operations.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a degree or certificate in Electrical/ Electronic subject or demonstrated work experience on field
Have demonstrate excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills
Have shown ability to manage and oversees multiple projects/activities with high intensity
Be an experienced problem solver, with analytical approach identifying root causes and implementing improvements solutions
Have Display a good knowledge of Turbomachinery System architecture & commissioning operations.
Be fluent in English and Italian languages and be able to work in EU.
