- Be constantly in touch with other Finance s groups, including global and regional Operational finance s teams;
- Maintain and review the cost of materials, complying with internal and external requirements, P&P and Sox controls, supporting the business;
- Advice and support business areas and IT in new initiatives and solutions deployments ensuring business continuity;
- Analyze, reconcile, and report inventory accounts related to Tobacco, Non-tobacco, finished goods, spare parts and other related categories;
- Perform pre-closing and month end closing analysis, control of process orders, analysis of deviations and trends by SKU;
- Calculation and follow up of accruals related to manufacturing process;
- Perform inventory adjustments related to differences from stocks counts. Who we’re looking for
- Strong accounting and analytical skills, to be able to adhere to tight deadlines with strong attention to details;
- Solid experience in Accounting;
- Public Account or similar University degree is mandatory;
- Advanced level of Excel;
- Fluency in English is a must;
- Knowledge of SAP;
