Our opportunity

We are looking for our newCustomer Experience Agent to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Turning complaints into opportunities, handling difficult customers, and managing customers' expectations.
  • Drive growth opportunities.
  • Work with Customer Service-related systems (Salesforce and Webex)
  • Enhancing personal skills.
  • Exposure to multinational environment/culture
  • Teamworking, cross-functional management, & cross-cultural management.

We are looking for:

  • Have Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
  • Have previous Customer Experience from a customer-facing role, with background in Logistics and Supply Chain.
  • Be fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Have knowledge in Excel and Power Point
  • Be team player who is goal-orientated and demonstrates a high level of commitment with the ability to work under minimal supervision and under pressure.
  • Like spotting ways to optimize existing processes.
  • Have energetic attitude and positive mindset, be team oriented, drive and enthusiasm coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Have communication and negotiation skills.
  • Be confident in decision making.
  • Be customer centric and oriented no matter the situation.
