Sr Customer Support Associate (l1 Technical support)

As a Customer Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retencion by providing exceptional service and support.

You wil be responsible for anddresing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering timely and accurate assitance cia various communication channels. Your primary objective will be to uphold the company's reputation for excellent customer service and contribute to overall customer sucess. The client needs an associate majorly focusing on their offline customer and covering their offline reachouts. 

Roles and Responsabilities:

* Provide prompt and courteous assitance to customers via phone, email and chat.

* Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

* Educate customers on product features and usage best practices.

* Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant departments of continuos improvement.

* Adhere to service standats and meet perfomance metrics.

* Experiencia using Zendesk, tech understanding of Kiosk Systems, modems, etc

* Flexible in shift timings as per the project need.
