Role Summary: Leidos is seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Data Analyst to join our corporate Cyber Risk Management team. In this role, you will focus on data engineering, modeling, and Analytics to revolutionize and simplify Cyber Risk management solutions, data integrations, risk intelligence aggregation, and management reporting. As part of our forward-thinking team, you will champion innovation and automation, with an evolving scope in architecture and emerging technology as the role matures. Your primary objective will be to increase the value and impact of our services and capabilities by making them more efficient, more effective, and improving the customer experience!


Key Responsibilities:
Data Solutions Development: Craft and maintain dynamic Data Solutions to support our cybersecurity risk objectives. Advanced Analytics: Explore and integrate new technologies, including AI and machine learning, to elevate our data analytics capabilities and drive data-driven decision-making. Integration Leadership: Spearhead the integration of diverse platforms like ServiceNow and Splunk for insightful cybersecurity analysis and reporting. Process Optimization: Implement emerging technologies and innovative methodologies to streamline process improvements for better alignment with our long-term operational strategy, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our cybersecurity operations. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the Cyber Risk Transformation area. Cyber Upskilling: Rapidly acquire expertise/knowledge in Cybersecurity Risk Management principles and practices. Power Platform Solutions: Develop solutions through Power Platform and other automation tools to enhance the efficiency of our cybersecurity operations. Strategic Insight: Turn complex data insights into actionable strategies with a focus on tactical execution and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in data engineering and modeling.
  • Deep expertise in Data Solutions development.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft BI Stack and database development.
  • Strong skills in multiple programming languages.
  • A proactive and self-driven approach to research, learning, and upskilling.
  • Eagerness to innovate and contribute to cybersecurity Data Solutions.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and initiative.
  • Excellent project management and independent time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, able to convey technical details to a non-technical audience.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
