Job Description:
• Strong operational technical support experience
• At least 2 years of industry experience in FMCG (food retail)
• Proficient in professional knowledge in on-site operation control, equipment monitoring, data analysis, and other fields.
• Priority given to those familiar with industrial network security design
• Need to have experience in MES and related equipment Control Tower, preferably with some practical experience in SAP MES/MII
• Experience in data collection for factories in the food manufacturing industry
• Having excellent English skills (requires using English for meetings and communicating with the Global team)
• Priority given to those with various security certifications such as CISP, CISSP, CCSP, security+, ITIL, etc
• Having a technical knowledge reserve in the field of industrial control security, such as understanding common industrial control protocols such as OPC and ModBus
• Understand the configuration and user priority of industrial control equipment and mainstream security products, such as PLCs, DCS, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, scanners, security audit tools, etc
• Have a certain understanding of digital supply chain management
• Proficient in using the Office series of office software
• Has good logical thinking and data analysis skills
• Has good communication and collaboration skills, strong sense of responsibility.
• Fast moving consumer goods retail industry experience
• Good Communication skill in English
• Gain a deep understanding of the concepts, principles, and technologies of industrial internet or intelligent manufacturing, and be able to apply them to practical industrial automation environments
• Has in-depth research in fields such as industrial software, industrial networks, industrial control, and industrial sensing
