Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Lead Data Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends patterns and insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions and strategies. Additionally you will provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data analysis processes.
Position Qualifications:
- Experienced Lead Data Analyst with expertise in Data Quality Basics and domain knowledge in Utilities. Additional experience in Energy Supply & Trading is a plus.
- 12+ years expirence in IT related role
- Experience in informatica Data Quality SaltStack
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 - $170,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
