- 2-3 years of experience as a Data Engineer / Data Analytics or similar position
- Demonstrated experience as a Data analyst, showcasing expertise in integrating data processes across diverse systems.
- Proficient in understanding data and ensuring data quality, with the ability to extract large quantities of data from databases.
- Prior project experience in successfully working financial, shipping, e-commerce, and payment data sets
- Proficiency in optimizing user acquisition tracking methods, and enhancing data accuracy for improved insights.
- Data analytics and visualization skills, with a specific focus on key performance indicators.
- Capability to translate business issues into effective reporting solutions
- Nice to have familiarity with CRM modules, especially within the Odoo framework.
- Ability to customize processes to ensure seamless integration and promptly resolve errors.
- Use of Open Source reporting and ETL tools that may be utilized for the creation of the environment
- Spoken and written English is a must!
- Bonus : Understanding of simple AI concepts.
Responsibilities :
- Will work with the CEO and other business and technical resources to build KPI dashboards required for the company.
- Will include understanding proprietary systems and how they impact the business and how data sets may be formed.
- Collaborate on the integration of data processes between the customer database and Odoo, specifically within the CRM module, payment, and shipping applications to understand specific data metrics that need to be reported.
- Customize processes to address any integration errors, ensuring a smooth and error-free data flow.
- Optimize user acquisition tracking methods to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
- Streamline business flows within Odoo, ensuring seamless interactions with main databases and custom customer pieces.
- Develop data visualizations for key performance indicators to facilitate informed business decision-making.
- Focus on data analytics and visualization, providing insights that contribute to the overall business strategy.
- Work closely with the main databases of Odoo and custom customer databases, emphasizing a data-focused approach.
