Qualification
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media (e.g., search, social, mobile, display, and video media), and creating customer-facing materials (e.g., pitches, narratives, or one-sheets) for sales teams.
  • 3 years of experience in Consumer and Market Insights, media measurement, and privacy landscape.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 7 years of experience in data-driven marketing, advertising technologies and business analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4).
  • Understanding of the industry's data and tech ecosystem.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
Description

The Data, Measurement, and Analytics team partners with some of Google's largest and complex advertisers to harness data, measurement, and analytics capabilities to deliver on their business and marketing objectives, making the most of the suite of Google’s Data, Technology, and Ads Solutions (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.). We work with executive management at our largest advertisers and marketing partners to understand their business objectives and offer technology solutions to meet their specific needs.


As a Data Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the business cycle for key Data and Measurement infrastructure capabilities, managing conversations across clients and partners to drive adoption of Data and Measurement solutions.

In this role, you will be collaborating with internal teams to accelerate infrastructure adoption, aligned with the advertisers Joined Business plan with Google.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Support the business cycle for key Data and Measurement capabilities and infrastructure across Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform products to drive customer adoption and growth of Google’s solutions.
  • Drive advanced Data and Measurement product usage and feature adoption when a customer has adopted Google solutions. Ensure smooth transitions with implementation and Business Analytics teams.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact on Data Transformation solutions for Argentina. Educate relevant stakeholders and build relationships at Google, with Partners using subject matter expertise to drive Customer Business Objectives.
  • Develop and foster long-term relationships with global/regional/division clients and partner stakeholders leading the Data Transformation agenda. Be a resource for data, measurement, and technology capabilities.
  • Increase the advertiser's Digital AI maturity and overall media investment through strategic usage of Data and Measurement technology.
