- Experience : 12 to 18 years
- Education : BE + Full time MBA from top tier B School ( Mandatory)
Requirement : Consultants from leading consulting firms and Expertise in any of the following Industry / functional areas along Consulting skills.
- Industry Knowledge of – Utilities/ Manufacturing / Industrial Process/ Transport and Logistics
For all the above domain skills, given below are the skillset required :
Consulting engagements:
- 12+ years of Consulting experience with leading consulting firms overall and having worked on business transformation / functional transformation/ Digital Transformation related projects in a client facing role ( preferably Indian geography).
- Strong analytical, problem solving, domain skills, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead a team of Consultants.
- Deep understanding of Business Processes, Excellent understanding of overall business drivers and emerging business trends
- Past experience of Executing business/Digital Transformation engagements
- Support Practice Development related activities
