We are currently looking for a Marketing Director with proven experience in a senior role, expert in digital marketing with experience in datadriven and with strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our brands objectives and target audience.
Lead and oversee all marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and enhancement.
Collaborate with internal teams, including design, sales, and product development, to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Foster relationships with media, influencers, and other external partners to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies, adjusting as needed for optimal results.
Qualifications
High proficiency in English
Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience with budget management and marketing analytics tools.
More than 3 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the fashion industry.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent understanding of the actual marketing principles, brand, product, trends and digital atmosphere.
Creative and strategic thinker with a datadriven approach to review and decisionmaking.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong working relationships.
