The Vines Resort & Spa maintains its standing among the world's top hotels.We are looking for a Client Service leader responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction and engagement for our private vineyard owners living around the world.
We are looking for a professional with a marked ability to lead a dynamic team, setting priorities on a day-to-day and annual basis.
We need someone with excellent planning and organizational skills, who is an excellent and empathetic communicator.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and supervise the client services team to increase the quality and consistency of customer service, through the creation and implementation of efficient and effective processes and procedures
- Engage with our vineyard owners to advise and plan their annual farming and winemaking strategies.
- Interact with other areas / sectors of the company to respond to client inquiries and improve customer service globally.
- Build strong relationships with our global clients, taking responsibility for their satisfaction
- Oversee the effective utilization of our Netsuite CRM
REQUIREMENTS
10 years experience in delivering outstanding client service and at least 5 years in management positions. This experience could be in any highly demanding sector, but we are especially interested in candidates with international experience in luxury,
high-end experiences, wine, travel and / or hospitality.
- Native or excellent English and Spanish required. Portuguese is a plus.
- Must love wine and preferably travel!
LOCATION
The position is based in Mendoza, Argentina but up to 25% of time could be remote.
