DirecciónWe're looking for a Domestic Execution Sr Manager for an international agribusiness company to work with a regional scope based inRosario, Argentina.
Main objectives :
Owner's team member for the Domestic Execution department, and as such, responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and controlling Domestic Execution performance issues addressed to accomplish objectives, targets and goals compliant with commercial and administrative requirements and LDC policies, standards, guidelines and procedures and, national, provincial and municipal laws in Argentina and Uruguay.
Key responsibilities include :
- Planning, design and build of the Domestic Execution organization in line with the company'sCommercial Strategy in Argentina, Uruguay & Paraguay.
- Strategic leadership in developing the administrative teams vis a vis the new model in place aligned with the group SBS model.
- Hands-on management of key operational functions related to Domestic Execution scope.
- Lead relevant projects for Domestic Execution and participate in those where the department is a key user.
- Prepare, execute, and control the budget allocated to the department.
- Reporting to different audiences the results of Argentina country elevators operation, explain the basis for its preparation and provide support to substantiate deviations between actuals and budget.
- To monitor, on a regular basis, the level of satisfaction of customers (farmers, brokers) through the implementation of a KPIs matrix and / or surveys that measure the administrative service provided and prepare and execute the action plans to correct deviations of targets agreed.
- To lead, develop and retain a staff of +50 employees within different geographies.
Required skills :
- Advanced level of english is a must.
- 10 yearsof experience inagribusiness / commodities.
