As a CRM Developer at OZ, you will be responsible for the design, development, customization, and support of CRM solutions. You will play a key role in implementing and maintaining Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Sales Enterprise, utilizing Power Automate Flow, JavaScript, XrmToolBox, and Azure DevOps.
Requirements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for Dynamics 365 customization and development.
- Design and implement solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales Enterprise, including configuring entities, forms, workflows, and business rules.
- Develop custom Power Automate Flows to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
- Write and maintain JavaScript code to enhance the functionality of Dynamics 365 and meet specific business needs.
- Utilize XrmToolBox and other CRM support/development tools for system customization, debugging, and optimization.
- Ensure work gets done on a timely basis and with high quality.
- Follows industry standards and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a CRM Developer with a focus on Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Sales Enterprise.
- Proficiency in Power Automate Flow and JavaScript for customization and automation.
- Hands-on experience with XrmToolBox for CRM Support and Development.
- Familiarity with source control tools, particularly Azure DevOps.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Upper intermediate English level, good verbal and written communications skills.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration.
- Certification in Power Platform or related technologies.
