About Cognizant’s ISG Practice: Cognizant’s ISG Practice provides functional subject matter expertise, business architecture consulting, and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) solution implementations for retail payments (cards, mobile wallets, gateways) bank payments and money movement (ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT MTS, SWIFT MX, TCH/RTP, FedNow, and Zelle) to leading global financial institutions, card payment networks and processors.  These services and capabilities empower our partners to continue their industry leadership and provide compelling services to their own customers.  

 

Our Eagle Center of Excellence is comprised of consultants & product managers working for global Industrial clients to create significant business value. The Eagle COE leverages their product knowledge, technology savviness, & functional expertise to lead digital transformation initiatives for our diverse banking clients.

 

About the Role: Cognizant is seeking LEAD Eagle Product Consultant to join our Eagle Center of Excellence.

 

Job Title: Lead EAGLE Product Consultant

Job Location: Candidate can work REMOTELY from any location in US. Candidates outside of US will not be considered.  

Key Skills: Eagle Data Model, EagleML, RDC, Automation Center, ETL, Eagle Message Center & Panel

 

Detailed Job Description:

 

  • Strong Eagle product suite knowledge – Eagle PACE, Accounting Center and RDC
  • Very good domain knowledge in the following Capital Markets area
    • Account Management Account Servicing
    • Corporate Actions
    • Investment Accounting
    • IBOR
  • Good experience in working closely with business and technology stakeholders for requirements management.
  • Strong and proactive communication
  • Able to lead conversations with internal business users eliciting business requirements for automation of operational challenges and new business needs.
  • Work with technical teams (Agile model) to transform the requirements into user stories, assist developers to fully grasp the ask and perform functional testing when the build is ready.
  • Collaborate with business users to perform user acceptance testing of finished functionality, assist with issues/gaps and secure final sign-off.
  • Co-ordinate deployment with release management team(s).
  • Self-learn business systems and workflows with minimal support across multiple workstreams.
  • Work with external service providers in front-to-back transformation.
  • Escalate challenges faced in a timely fashion mitigating any future risks.
  • Provide L3 support for production issues.

Salary and Other Compensation:

 

Applications will be accepted until 04/05/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000/year – $170,000/year depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
