Job Title: EBAY ACCOUNT MANAGER Job Summary: As an eBay Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful operation of eBay stores or individual seller accounts. This position requires a combination of strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of eBay's platform and policies. The eBay Assistant will work closely with sellers to manage listings, optimize product pages, handle customer inquiries, and ensure a positive overall experience for buyers. Shift: 10 am to 6 pm EST; Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities: Listing Management: Create and optimize product listings on eBay, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing. Monitor inventory levels and update listings accordingly to prevent stockouts. Order Processing: Process orders promptly and accurately, ensuring timely shipping and delivery. Coordinate with shipping and fulfillment partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Address customer feedback and reviews to maintain a positive seller rating. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing listings and improving sales performance. Optimization and Analytics: Utilize eBay analytics tools to track and analyze sales performance. Implement strategies to enhance product visibility, conversion rates, and overall store performance. Compliance and Policies: Stay up-to-date with eBay policies and guidelines. Ensure all listings and transactions comply with eBay's rules and regulations. Promotions and Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement promotional campaigns. Use eBay's promotional tools to increase product visibility and drive sales. Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and quality of listings. Address any issues related to inaccurate product information or images. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure alignment with business goals. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience with eBay or other e-commerce platforms. Well-versed in eBay platform and operations. Experienced in Google Sheets. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with eBay's policies, guidelines, and best practices. Proficient in using eBay's seller tools and analytics. Basic knowledge of online marketing and e-commerce strategies.
