DirecciónAbundant Life Christian Schools in Honduras is looking for Elementary teachers for the upcoming 2024 - 2025 school year. Abundant Life Christian Schools are located in the rural mountains of Honduras. We seek to provide high-quality education to students who have traditionally not had access to quality education. We are a K-12 school system. Our classes are taught in English using a curriculum from the USA. We seek to develop all of our student's potential through Biblically-based teaching. This is a wonderful chance to make a difference in the world and have a chance to experience the warm Honduran culture. You do not have to be fluent in Spanish to apply.
Elementary teachers will have a homeroom group of students where you will teach them their primary English subjects. This includes classes such as Math, Science, Reading, Spelling, and Language classes. The student body is a mix of both scholarship and paying students. The students come from the local community where you would be living and working.
