About the role
Buscamos un Especificador External para sumarse al equipo en nuestras oficinas de Munro, GBA Norte
Dentro de las principales responsabilidades deberá:
- Gestionar cartera de clientes, entre los cuales se encuentran estudios de arquitectura, desarrolladores, constructoras, a través de un plan de visitas / reuniones virtuales.
- Desarrollar un Plan de negocio para el segmento / región y plan de acción asociado.
- Elaborar presentaciones, webinars y cursos o capacitaciones para los segmentos / proyectos de los cuales es responsable.
- Brindar información y apoyo a los equipos comerciales, potenciando la gestión de ventas.
- Visita a obras que presenten oportunidades de negocio.
- Seguimiento de indicadores y cumplimiento de objetivos.
About you
Para tener éxito en este puesto, es necesario que el candidato cuente con:
- Graduado de Arquitectura / Ing. Civil
- Ingles intermedio/Avanzado.
- Conocimiento en certificaciones y herramientas como BIM / Revit – AutoCad 2D
- Se valorara experiencia previa en estudios de arquitectura o empresas del sector.
- Conocimiento y manejo de documentación de especificación (Pliegos o soporte grafico)
