Key Responsibilities
- Declaration of export contracts in AFIP.
- Be the reference for the business in Foreign and Exchange regulations of the BCRA.
- Keep SECOEXPO records up to date and control nationalizations.
- Generate alerts for non-compliance/contingencies with AFIP/Customs/BCRA.
- Preparation of files with documentation of nationalizations/exports between Customs and banks (follow-up with the shipper).
- Monitoring with banks of payment and access to the MULC of imports, services, financial debts and interests.
- Preparation and presentation of complementary information required by banking entities (Cash-flow, certifications, special forms).
- Ensure the entry of foreign currency in a timely manner.
- Request bank financing for the payment of imports (fideimpo).
- Monitoring of fideimpos deadlines.
- Control of extraordinary services contracted from Customs and SICNEA (follow-up with the dispatcher)
- Plan the foreign trade pipeline and keep business management informed.
- Participate in the analysis and generation of business financial reports for management.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Accountant, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or similar
- 2/3 years of experience in similar positions
- Oral and written command of the English language
- Good command of Excel
- Oracle knowledge is valued
- Good interpersonal relationships, teamwork and networking
- Management-oriented communication skills
- Strategic vision, dynamism, flexibility and proactivity
- Capacity to work under pressure
