DirecciónFinance Strategy & Enablement (S&E) is a global team within the Finance Corporate Function. The team shapes our Finance Strategy, provides enablement support for the Finance functions, and runs the transformational programs required to achieve the strategic goals.
Strategy & Enablement ensures that day-to-day activities across Finance are supported by robust and compliant processes, user centered solutions and application support fundamental to the overall success and transformation of Finance.
It also leads a broad range of key programs and change journeys, drives improvements in technology performance and reimagines our processes with the application of new technology in collaboration with CIO.
This role is for a Finance Technology Manager who will report to Finance Technology S&E Leadership. The individual in this role will be required to support and manage a portfolio of finance projects for both the business and internal finance teams.
Such projects span areas like automation, data architecture, enablement of reporting & analytics, use of artificial intelligence and much more.
The Finance technology team supervises a large portfolio of ongoing transformation programs that are each operated by individual teams from Finance, CIO and Accenture Operations and with collaboration with other corporate functions.
The role therefore requires a very collaborative individual, who can build relationships as well as operate at both the strategic and tactical level.
We are looking for a person with experience from technology projects / implementation in finance domain. The role will involve solving the problems of today and bringing in futuristic thinking for shaping the world of tomorrow.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the S&E Finance Technology leadership with execution of Accenture’s digital finance transformation priorities.
- Support research and delivery of the best technology solutions, ensure progress and quality of projects while addressing any operational challenges and proactively escalating to relevant stakeholders.
- Help operationalize working groups on the respective initiatives for effective functioning and delivery of the outcomes.
- Support operating / steering committees.
- Support review of finance tools and technology to identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct research on new technologies and support future roadmap design, project plans and frameworks.
- Work with finance functions to define requirements for new solutions and processes and ensure these are effectively documented and understood by technical delivery teams.
- Support content creation for transformation stories.
Qualifications
- Education : Post-Graduate / M.B.A from premier B School (specialization in Finance or related field)
- Work Experience : 7 or more years of work experience in FinTech implementation or consulting

- Work Requirements :
- Since this is a global role, some flexibility in work hours will be required to align with stakeholders in other time zones.
