We’re totally transforming our business and building our future on and building our future on one clear purpose – to deliver a smoke-free future.“Your day to day”• Business Performance analysis:• Generate and submit, in timely and accurate manner, PMI reports for budget-long range plan, rolling forecast as well as the Preparation and submission of RF packages (internal systems), while identifying opportunities for business simplification and efficiencies to support the business transformation.• Accounting reconciliation to ensure accuracy on account statements.• Analyze Payroll calculation for budget/rolling forecast to ensure the projections are in line with actual scenarios• Contribute to the preparation of Ad-hoc PMI and Regional Reporting Requests.• Support in the analysis of strategies to increase profitability (Operating Income, price productivity, expenses, etc.).• Monitor and follow up Business evolution, volume and financials• Analyze industry trends, SOM evolution, competitors’ activities in order to assist BP team with meaningful information for decision making process.Who we’re looking for• CPA, Bachelor´s Degree or equivalent experience.• 3+ years´ experience in similar positions in multinational companies.• Ability to communicate (written and verbal) fluently in Portuguese, Spanish and English.• Excel and PowerPoint tools, Management SAP, Power BI.• Proactive profile, able to work in dynamic environments, with strong problem-solving competencies.• Experience gathering and analyzing data to effect meaningful changes.
