We are searching for incredible lead and assistant Leadership Development Coaches to help deliver a large number of our high impact leadership courses in various locations across the world on a freelance basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing team of freelance associates and facilitate a number of our 3-day Leadership Development courses as part of a large global leadership programme for one of our clients.
The leadership coaches need to be able to deliver the courses in the nominated language and also be able to communicate with the UK based programme team in English.
Whether you are a highly qualified coach, or you are new to coaching, if you are passionate about helping others develop and you have an inspiring story to share, we want to hear from you.

COURSE PROGRAMME INFORMATION :
The 3-day leadership courses are currently being booked in to take place in various countries across the world from the start of 2024.
There will be up to 15 learners on each course and requires a Fieri Lead Coach and Assistant Coach to deliver each course.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES :
Lead Coaches
Overall responsibility for leading the delivery of the pre-designed course content in an effective and engaging way to ensure the learning outcomes are met.
Assistant Coaches
Assist the lead coach with the delivery of the sessions as well as providing administrative support throughout each course.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :
Lead Coaches
- Experience in learning & development training delivery, coaching, facilitation or similar
- Experience in leading a team in any setting (preferably a high-performing environment)
- Credible experience of leadership and management
Assistant Coaches
These courses are a great opportunity for individuals who are organised and have a passion for people development and want opportunities to build and develop their coaching skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND :
- Enthusiastic and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.
- Experience in people development, training delivery, coaching, or facilitation.
- Strong communication skills.
- A background in Performance or Occupational Psychology, Elite Sports Coaching, Military Leadership, Academic Expertise, or Corporate Leadership Coaching is highly advantageous.
