Job Title: General Manager, Puerto Rico

Accountabilities:
As a General Manager, you will supervise a team of Sales Professionals, First Line Sales Managers, and Associate Marketing Director across the AZ Enterprise. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, establishing business priorities, optimizing diverse talent and developing succession talent for leadership positions. You will also manage budgets according to growth brands opportunities and market access, and drive yearly P & L in collaboration with finance partners. 

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 10+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales leadership or healthcare roles, or relevant leadership experience
- Understanding of the Puerto Rico market access landscape and the legal / regulatory environment for pharmaceuticals / biopharmaceuticals
- Thorough understanding of customer segments and regional market dynamics
- Strong financial skill with the ability to assess and get results
- Proficiency in Spanish and English language

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- MBA in relevant field
- Prior successful area level or regional sales leadership experience
- Experience creating a brand-new selling team in a pharmaceutical company
- Portfolio management experience
