Job Summary:


Carrying out general activities to support the execution of sales activities.

Your role:

  • Carrying out general activities to support the E2E execution of sales processes, tasks, projects
  • Respond to external/internal requests for information for Public and Private segments
  • Be the point of contact between Argentina and Panamá (GBS hub) to ensure delivery on time and quality.
  • Actively identifies areas if improvements and implement according to LEAN ways of working to improve activities.
  • Decides on the desirability of using and making (administrative) tools.
  • Introduces new Sales supporting process activities

You're the right fit if:

  • +3 years of experience in Sales Support, back-office activities or similar.
  • Background in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Administration or related
  • Good communication & people influence skills
  • Ability to build and align strategic plans
  • Intermediate English
  • Intermediate Excel
