Team leadership
Ensure the correct accounting record in accordance with current accounting and tax regulations.
Responsible for the timely realization of weekly, monthly and annual accounts.
Responsible for payments and receivables.
Responsible for the preparation of the general balance and the income statements under IFRS
Analysis of accounts of assets and liabilities.
Administration and control of the company's assets.
Responsible for monthly taxes, annual income process and all types of declarations with the tax authority.
Ensuring and supporting the correct report to Casa Matriz on a monthly basis.
Control of the company's leasing contracts.
Control and registration of the leasing contracts of the company in the L.easy system.
Issuance and control of guarantee slips and letters of credit requested by OTO
Prepares and participates in the activities of Internal Control of the Company (Rimis).
Controls and maintains a low exposure of accounts in foreign currency (Hedge).
Coordinates, prepares and reports the presentation of the different planes of the company (PP, FP, 1QF, 2QF, PA). Costing and budgeting.
Performs Internal Audit activities.
Control of the accounts of assets, liabilities and expenses.
Control of the investment plan.
Control of sales and cash flow.
IT Hardware administration under regional guidance.
Banks and finance entities relationship
Responsible for the maintenance of the Quality Management System (similar to ISO 9001:2015)
Responsible for the payment process of personal remuneration of the company.
