Role & Responsabilities

- Schedule and control of hours and resources to each US client.
- Be able to maintain conversations in fluent English
- Review final tests of Low and Medium Risk (both Public and non Public clients)
- Monitoring team compliance with L&D courses. (be Relationship Leader)
- Follow-up of customers in conjunction with Seniors.
- Responsible for compliance with the Audit of each client.
- Career Round Table participation and feedback. Management of PCAOB, US GAAP, IFRS standards.
- Pursue opportunities to develop existing and new skills, which are outside of my comfort zone, maintaining positive energy in the face of obstacles or when dealing with complexity, and acting to resolve issues, which prevent effective team working, even during times of change and uncertainty;
incorporating up-to-date technology/technology developments in my work, seeking opportunities to add value to client account planning, and promoting new ideas and services by applying knowledge of the industry/sector and societal trends to create value for clients, PwC and broader stakeholders; and,
-Seek new learning opportunities to stay technical and relevant, identifying and sharing learnings at the end of a project, and addressing sub-standard work or work which does not meet the firm's/clients expectations.
-Innovate through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions;
-Work with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools to provide insights to clients; And utilize digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize engagements.

Requerimos:

- Graduados de Contador Público.

- Inglés Avanzado (excluyente).

- Más 6 años de experiencia en Auditoría Externa en empresas multinacionales.

 - Muy buen manejo de relaciones interpersonales y liderazgo de equipos de trabajo, en un entorno multicultural, y en un contexto de plena expansión.

 - Digital skills: Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath (deseable).
