What you'll be doing :
Desarrollar e implementar acciones estratégicas de campo, asegurando su ejecución para el logro de objetivos de ventas. Dar cumplimiento a los compromisos con Representantes correspondientes a la Zona asignada, incrementando el máximo potencial de ellas, mediante la adecuada ejecución del modelo de negocio Avon, en cada Campaña.
Key responsibilities :
- Liderar y desarrollar equipos de ventas
- Implementación de estrategias comerciales.
- Administración de resultados e indicadores
- Implementación de herramientas digitales
- Visita y supervisión de campo
