will include :
- Works closely with the Global Process Owner (GPO) and Global Process Manager (GPM) to maintain coherence between adjacent functions and Global Processes.
- Works closely with the Global Process Owner (GPO) and Global Process Manager (GPM) to establish process improvement priorities from data into insights, insights into action
- Emphasize business process design, documentation, and architecture to enhance operational efficiency.
- Employs human centred design practices, putting People at Worley at the centre of all that we do.
- Take responsibility for documenting and updating Global Process blueprints and procedures to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Coordinate process audits and gather outcomes to ensure ongoing adherence to established procedures.
- Assist the GPO and GPM in facilitating projects and initiatives aimed at driving continuous improvements in the E2E process on a global scale.
- Help establish systems of management, measurement, and engagement around the Global E2E Onboarding Process at Worley
- Ensure alignment to policy and people experience & knowledge artifacts for global HR processes
- Process and system ownership and maintain currency in the pursuit of process excellence

Collaborating with our IT, HR and Finance teams is key, and your dynamic leadership style will enable you to lead cross-functional teams and engage your stakeholders.
Cultivating strong relationships and collaborating with diverse teams will excite you. You have an investigative nature and will seek opportunities for improvement and teamwork.
You are comfortable presenting to a wide audience advocating for process improvements and winning buy-ins. Tackling intricate process challenges is where you shine, and you share your ideas across the team.
A seasoned professional with a proven track record in end-to-end process management. Specialize in onboarding and possess a strong grasp of global compliance standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- HR degree or higher-level business qualification / s in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Payroll, HR or a relevant functional area
- Significant years of specific, process experience, ideally within a large-scale multinational, complex, matrix organisation
- Exposure to process improvement, change management, Agile Methodology
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite including Visio
- Proven technical and systems architecture knowledge incl. solid understanding of ERP systems, such as Oracle and ServiceNow.
